Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
On top of this, add the nuts and coconut.
Mix together the cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar.
Mix this together and pour over the mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
