Cream Cheese Butter Pecan Frosting
Cream Cheese Butter Pecan Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Stir together chopped pecans and 1/2 c butter, spread pecans in an even layer in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until pecans are toasted.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Beat cream cheese and butter (1/2 c) at medium speed until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
