Cream Cheese Ball

Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well, 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine (optional) and 1 tsp. garlic powder or seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients together (except for the nuts) in a bowl and let chill for 30 minutes.
Form into 2 balls and roll in the chopped nuts.
