Cream Caramels
Cream Caramels is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. half and half, 2 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. white karo and 3/4 stick margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bring to boil 1 cup of cream, sugar, Karo and butter.
Stir continuously, then slowly pour in second cup of cream (add slowly).
Continue to stir until thick; don't let it stop boiling to medium ball stage.
Testing as it darkens and thickens.
Butter pan and pour into pan.
Let cool, then cover with paper, foil or plastic.
