Crazy Lemon Cake
Crazy Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. (scant) vegetable oil, 1 lemon (juice) or realemon and 3/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat for 2 minutes, lemon gelatin, 3/4 cup cold water and 4 eggs.
Add and beat for 1 minute, lemon cake mix and vegetable oil. Bake in 9 x 11-inch Pyrex cake pan at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and after a couple of minutes, prick with a large fork and spoon the following over:
Sugar and lemon juice.
