Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 1 egg, butter and cake mix until crumbly.
Crumble mixture over bottom of pan.
Cover with nuts.
Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
