Crazy Cake

👨🍳 Instructions
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add vanilla, vinegar, salad oil and water.
Blend together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or pour into a Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Frost and serve.
