Crazy Cake
Crazy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 tbsp. cocoa and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Into an ungreased flat cake pan, 8 x 10-inch, or 8 x 8-inch, sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa.
Into this mold of dry ingredients, poke 3 holes.
In one hole, drop vanilla; into another, drop vinegar and in the third, melted shortening.
On top of all this, pour cup of cold water.
Beat together by hand until well blended and bake 35 minutes (more or less) at 350Β°.
