Crawfish Pie
Crawfish Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Saute crawfish tails in margarine, about 5 minutes.
Remove crawfish tails, add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic to margarine and saute for 10 minutes.
Season crawfish and add to mixture, along with the soup.
Cook at least 20 minutes.
If too thick, add a little water.
Place in pie shell and cover with top. Bake in 300Β° oven until brown.
