Crawfish Pie
Crawfish Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crawfish tails, 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine, 1/2 c. parsley, 1/4 c. flour and 1 stick oleo or butter (best with real butter), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt butter.
Saute onions and parsley in butter. Add flour and blend well.
Add soup as in the can.
Add no water to it. Simmer 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails (drained). Simmer 10 more minutes on very low heat.
Prebake small pie shells at 350Β° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Fill with crawfish filling.
Bake filled shells for 10 minutes.
