Crawfish Casserole
Crawfish Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bunch parsley, chopped, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 2 stalks celery, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and 2 tablespoons margarine.
Mash Ro-Tel tomatoes, add and steam for about 10 minutes.
Add prepared rice, soup and crawfish tails.
Add parsley and place mixture in casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 325Β°.
