Crawfish Bread
Crawfish Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf french bread, 1 block margarine, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1 tsp. chopped garlic and 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Slice French bread in half.
In pan, melt margarine, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, saute a few minutes, then add crawfish, parsley and seasoned salt.
Saute for about 10 minutes. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted.
Spread on French bread. Bake in 400Β° oven for about 15 minutes.
Cut into pieces and enjoy.
Shrimp may be substituted for crawfish.
