Cranberry Swirl Salad
Cranberry Swirl Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cranberry or raspberry gelatin, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce (broken apart with fork) and 1 c. (1/2 pint) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in pineapple and cranberry sauce.
Chill until partially set.
Spoon into 8 inch square dish.
