Cranberry Sauce Cake
Cranberry Sauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce (reserve 1/4 c. for icing), 3 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Sift together dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Add remaining cranberry sauce, nuts, real mayonnaise and orange rind.
