Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with . raw cranberries, c. sugar, c. water, large pkg. cherry jello and c. chopped apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bring cranberries, sugar and water to a rolling boil.
Add jello; stir until dissolved.
(To make sweeter, you may substitute strawberry jello instead of cherry.)
When mixture is cool, add celery, nuts and apples.
Mix well and pour into a 9 x 12 baking pan.
Let set.
Serve by cutting into squares.
