Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. raspberry jello, 1 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 3/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Break up and stir in cranberry sauce.
Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill until partially set.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares; serve each piece on lettuce leaf and add small drop of mayonnaise on top. Yields 12 servings.
