Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranerries, about 1/2 c. sugar, orange juice, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and 1 double pkg. orange jello or 2 small pkg., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash fresh cranberries and pick out any soft ones.
Put through a food chopper or processor.
Put sugar over them and a little orange juice.
