Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small pkg. cherry jello, 2 c. very hot water, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve in bowl the jello, very hot water, sugar and lemon juice.
Place in 9 x 12-inch dish and refrigerate until partially set.
When partially set, add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, orange rinds, celery, nuts and cranberries.
Refrigerate.
