Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw cranberries, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. orange juice, 1 c. pineapple juice and 2 pkg. knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar with chopped cranberries.
Combine orange juice and pineapple juice and pour small amount over the Knox gelatin. Heat remaining juice and pour over gelatin.
Add cranberries and sugar.
Mix all ingredients.
Add chopped nuts, oranges and crushed pineapple.
Mix well and chill.
