Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw cranberries, 2 oranges (1 with peel intact), 2 apples, with peel, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grind fruits. Add sugar and mix.
Prepare jello with 1 1/2 cups hot water and add 1 1/4 cups cold water.
Mix all ingredients and chill.
May garnish with mayonnaise.
Fills two 13 x 15-inch Pyrex dishes.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
