Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 3 c. hot water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. cranberries, ground and 1/2 c. celery, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water.
Add cranberries, celery and orange.
(Also add grapes and nuts at this time, if desired.)
Mix well.
Pour in mold and chill until set.
