Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ground fresh cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 box cherry jell-o, 1/2 c. hot water and 1 small can drained, crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix berries and sugar and let set for a couple of hours. Dissolve the Jell-O in hot water and refrigerate until almost set. Mix the last 4 ingredients together and add to Jell-O and berries.
Mix well and chill.
