Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jell-o, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Set pineapple aside.
Add water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir in lemon juice.
Stir mixture into gelatin mixture.
Chill until consistency of egg whites.
Add cranberries, oranges and nuts to mixture; mix well.
Refrigerate until set.
