Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. sugar and 4 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Drain pineapple, save juice; add enough water to make 3 1/2 cups.
Boil juice mixture and sugar; add cranberries and cool 7 to 10 minutes.
Stir in gelatin. Mix well.
Add grapes, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.
