Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with . cranberries, c. sugar, (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello (not sugar-free), (no. 2) can pineapple and c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grind the cranberries fine.
Add the sugar; let stand 3 hours or overnight.
Dissolve jello in 1 3/4 cups boiling water.
Add the pineapple and juice.
Add the cranberries.
When partially congealed, add the finely chopped celery.
Add nutmeats.
Makes 2 bowls. Refrigerate.
