Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries (1 bag), 1 small can crushed pineapple (leave juice in), 1/4 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grind cranberries; cover with sugar and set aside.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add orange juice, pineapple, and rest of ingredients with cranberries to the jello.
Pour in mold and chill overnight.
