Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 2 medium oranges, 2 apples, chopped and 2 small or 1 large pkg. cherry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind cranberries.
Add sugar; let stand.
Grate rind of 1 orange.
Add to cranberries.
Squeeze oranges; use juice and enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
Use this with boiling water to mix gelatin.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add cranberry mixture and apples.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish and chill until set.
