Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) raspberry jello, 2 c. hot water, 1 1/2 c. juice from pineapple (add water to make 1 1/2 c.), 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple and 2 medium apples, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add juice and cranberries.
Mix well.
Chill until starting to set.
