Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 3 tsp. grated orange rind, 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and 16 oz. can cranberry sauce (whole), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add orange rind and cranberry sauce.
Chill until thickened.
Stir in pineapple and celery. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold or large bowl and chill until set. Serve with a dollop of mayonnaise.
