Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cranberries, 1 orange, 1 bunch tokay grapes, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and grind cranberries.
Grind orange, peel and all.
Put cranberries, orange, grapes and nuts in a bowl.
Add drained, crushed pineapple.
Boil 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar.
Add to lemon jello and pour over fruits.
Chill.
It does not set.
