Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cranberries, 3 apples, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crushed pineapple and 1/4 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and grind the cranberries.
Pare and chop or grind the apples.
Add pineapple, nuts and sugar.
Dissolve the jello in the hot water and add the cold water.
When cool, add the salad mixture and allow to congeal.
