Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cranberries, 1 1/2 c. water, 2 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) box raspberry jell-o and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook the cranberries with the 1 1/2 cups water and sugar until thick.
Let cool.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over the Jell-O; let it cool.
Add drained pineapple, celery, apples and nuts to Jell-O.
Mix well.
Add the cooked cranberries.
Put into large dish and refrigerate.
This salad will keep for several days.
