Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with c. crushed cranberries, orange (peel and all), cut in small pieces, small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for jell-o), c. diced celery and c. chopped nuts (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Sweeten this mixture to your taste. Mix cherry Jell-O according to box directions, but use pineapple juice instead of water.
Let jell until syrupy, then add the cranberry relish.
Let set at least 2 hours.
Best when sets overnight.
