Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whole fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 can crushed pineapple, do not drain and 1 large box cherry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring cranberries and water to a boil.
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool. add sugar and jello.
Mix well. Add the apple, pineapple and nuts, mix well. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set or overnight.
