Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, 1 medium orange, unpeeled, 1 medium apple, unpeeled, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grind cranberries, orange and apple together.
Stir in nuts and pineapple and set aside.
Mix 2 boxes gelatin according to package directions; reduce amount of water required by 1/2 cup. Chill until gelatin starts to thicken (not set), then add fruit and nut mixture.
Pour in bowl or mold as desired.
