Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with large box cherry jell-o or 2 small boxes, large oranges, c. pecans, bag fresh cranberries and c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop oranges (with peel), pecans and cranberries.
Put in bowl.
Sprinkle sugar over top and let set for 10 minutes, then stir.
Put 2 cups boiling water and Jell-O into mix.
Mix together well.
