Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with sm. or 1 lg. pkg. cherry jello, c. boiling water, sm. can frozen orange juice, whole cranberry sauce and sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve Jello into boiling water.
Add frozen orange juice and juice from pineapple and enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Let stand in refrigerator until it begins to congeal.
Add can of cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, and nuts.
Mix and pour in mold and let congeal.
