Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with box cherry gelatin, c. pineapple juice, drained from crushed pineapple, c. nut meats, chopped, c. hot water and c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix hot water with gelatin and stir thoroughly.
Add pineapple juice and cool.
Pour sugar over ground cranberries and let stand while gelatin mixture is cooling.
When gelatin starts to thicken, add cranberries, crushed pineapple, celery and nuts. Place in a mold and chill.
