Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello, 1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. burgundy wine and 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce. Stir until melted.
Add pineapple, including juice and wine. Chill until partially set.
Add nuts and pour into mold.
