Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, chopped, 2 c. sugar, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 1 large apple, chopped and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut up cranberries, add sugar and let stand several hours. Drain juice from pineapple and save.
Add pineapple, apple and nuts to cranberry mixture.
Heat pineapple juice and juice from orange and use to dissolve jello.
Pour over cranberry mixture and chill until congealed.
Serve on lettuce with favorite dressing.
