Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with (6 oz.) raspberry jell-o, crushed pineapple, drained (save juice), c. sprite, juice of 2 lemons and whole berry cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In pan bring 1 cup pineapple juice to boil.
Take off heat and add Jell-O.
Mix real good, then add Sprite.
Mix pineapple, cranberries and pecans.
Mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Chill until set.
