Cranberry Salad

Made with 1 pkg. cherry jello (regular or sugar-free), 1 c. water (boiling), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. pineapple juice and 1 c. fresh cranberries, ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and pineapple juice; stir to thoroughly dissolve.
Chill until partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill in shallow pan or individual molds until firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
