Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, 2 c. fresh cranberries (ground) and 2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Fold fruit into gelatin mixture.
Place in 10 cup mold pan or a 3-quart Pyrex baking dish.
Yields 18 to 20 servings.
