Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 pkg. dream whip, 4 c. cranberries and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind berries and add cup sugar.
Let stand 10 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Dissolve lemon gelatin with water. Refrigerate until soft in middle, firm on the outside.
Blend with Dream Whip until fluffy; add berries and nuts.
Pour into bowl and chill until firm.
