Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries, 2 (3 oz.) boxes jello (raspberry, cherry), 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. boiling water and pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix jello and boiling water until dissolved.
Add can of cranberries and crushed pineapple (with the juice).
Mix well, place in refrigerator (uncovered) until firm.
