Cranberry Relish is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 apples, peeled and chopped, 1 1/2 oranges and 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grate orange peel of one orange.
Juice the oranges.
Put peel, juice, apples and cranberries in blender and blend until coarse.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar.
Add the nuts just before serving.
