Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries, 1 orange, quartered and seeded (use rind and all), 1/4 c. dried or candied apricots, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cranberries, orange apricots and put 1/2 the mixture in the blender.
Blend well.
Add the other half of mixture, blend well. Add sugar, ginger, almonds and raisins to mixture.
Refrigerate.
