Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 pkg. cherry or strawberry jello, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 bag cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup hot water. Add juice mixture to gelatin mixture.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until partially set.
Add fruit and nuts.
Chill in a 5-cup mold overnight.
