Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. seedless raisins and 1 c. broken walnut pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put cranberries in boiling water and boil for 20 minutes.
Put through a sieve and cook for 3 minutes.
Add sugar and cook for 2 more minutes.
Place in a bowl and add raisins.
Add the nuts and just before it sets, add celery.
