Cranberry Pumpkin Bread
Cranberry Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 4 c. sugar, 1 (28 oz.) can solid pumpkin (not the pie mix), 1 c. oil and 4 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 4 ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the pumpkin mixture in.
Mix together only until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into 2 or 3 medium size loaf pans. Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 75 minutes.
